GMG Solutions LLC (dba Dos Amigos Golf) ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Dos Amigos Golf mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Dos Amigos Golf mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how your data is handled. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information You Provide: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information you choose to share. We also collect golf-related data you enter, such as scores, handicaps, match settings, and team configurations.
• Information Collected Automatically: We automatically collect device information including push notification tokens, device identifiers, operating system version, and basic diagnostic data. We also collect usage data such as app interaction patterns, feature usage, and session duration.
• Location Data: When you tap "Use my location" in the course picker, the App requests your device's coarse location to find nearby golf courses. Your location is sent to our server solely to perform the nearby course search and is not stored, logged, or associated with your account after the search is complete.
• Analytics & Third-Party Services: We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and serverless functions. If you enable the optional voice dictation feature, audio recordings and transcripts are processed by OpenAI to parse scoring commands. No audio data is stored after processing is complete.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account and user profile.
• To operate game features including rounds, scorecards, leaderboards, Nassau matches, and match summaries.
• To synchronize scores and game state across players and devices in real time.
• To process voice dictation commands when the feature is enabled by you.
• To send push notifications about game events, score updates, and match results (with your permission).
• To monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the App experience.
• To find nearby golf courses when you choose to share your location.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or share personal information or mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: with other players in your game group (scores, match results, and profile information you choose to share); with service providers who assist us in operating the App (Supabase for infrastructure and OpenAI for voice dictation processing); to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal process; to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and that of our users or the public; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Match history and scoring data are retained so that other players in shared games can continue to access shared results. When you delete your account, your personal data is anonymized or deleted, but anonymized game records may be retained to preserve the integrity of shared match history. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, secure authentication through Supabase, and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal data through the Settings screen in the App or by contacting us.
• Opt-Out: You may disable push notifications through your device settings, disable voice dictation through the App settings, and revoke location access at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
• Data Portability: Where applicable, you may request your data in a portable format.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
